Great way to start warm-up before practice, or workout on simple coordination with foot movement. About 20 mins a day would help bring this into you game.
Here is a routine that a player used to increase coordination and handles using one ball to bounce and holding the other as a coordination tool. You can implement this with almost any BH drill or make it up as you go.
This is the workout that is going to help put it all together and give you the sweat you need to feel productive. You want to complete sets on each side and you will do 10 makes before moving to the next drill. This will not only help the handles, but the shooting off the handles.
