Dribble Workout: 30 seconds each directionIndividual Drills: Great workout by yourself.Ball Handling Drills: Some are advanced challenge yourself 30 seconds or so each directionDribbling & Shooting Workout: Great to get your heart rate up and use those feet while dribbling, I recommend 3 to 5 times or 3 to 5 makes or 30 seconds each directionGame Like Shooting with Curl and Cutting: I would recommend 2 to 3 makes in a row or 20 time each direction. Great for 3pt shooters.Shooting and Ball Handling- Highly Recommended is advance and brings speed and movement to your workout, recommend 5 makes before moving on.Couple Drills to do by yourself:4 to 5 makes each sideDrills to do with a partner: You can do this for a full 45 min workout, recommend 5 makes or 30 seconds of each direction, you will need a partner to work with.

Ball-Handling Workouts

10 Min Burnout BH Workout

Learn to move the feet, speed changes , and freestyle. No shooting. Great for Point Guards.

Two- Ball Stationary and Down Court BH Workout

Great way to start warm-up before practice, or workout on simple coordination with foot movement.  About 20 mins a day would help bring this into you game.

How you can improve use of one hand

Here is a routine that a player used to increase coordination and handles using one ball to bounce and holding the other as a coordination tool. You can implement this with almost any BH drill or make it up as you go. 

45 min. workout BH and Shooting Drills

This is the workout that is going to help put it all together and give you the sweat you need to feel productive. You want to complete sets on each side and you will do 10 makes before moving to the next drill. This will not only help the handles, but the shooting off the handles.
